A moment of gratitude

This has been a wonderful twelve months for my writing career. I have had several best selling titles this year hitting the overall Amazon Top 30 in the USA and Top 15 in the UK. I hit No.2 in Canada and made the No.3 spot in Australia. Needless to say, I have been over the moon with this, easily surpassing any of the dreams I had barely eighteen months ago when I set out on this path!

I would like to express my gratitude to all of those who have helped make it so. Many of you have gone above and beyond in supporting me – be it with leaving reviews, providing positive feedback, helping to iron out the errors and most obviously – buying the books in the first place! Thank you one and all.

Many of you have been readers of my Dark Yorkshire series, of which books five and six were released this year and have been well supported. Towards the end of the year I released two new books in my Hidden Norfolk series and they are plowing their own path with new readers, bringing my books to a wider audience.

For those of you who are unaware, this year the Dark Yorkshire books were optioned by a Hollywood production company with a view to bringing them to your television screens. There is still some way to go with that project, so I will update you when I have more news. (This is very exciting for me!)

The Dark Yorkshire series has also been produced in audiobook format, read by the award winning Greg Patmore who has brought his own take to the stories. The sixth audiobook will be available in the next week to ten days. If you haven’t done so already please do check them out.

2020 will see more from both DI Caslin and his team alongside new books in the Norfolk series where we will get to know the characters a little deeper. I know Caslin fans are itching to read more from him and I assure you there is something in the pipeline. I also have something else that is in its infancy, so I’ll get back to you on that…

My website has recently been revamped, so if you are unfamiliar with what books & audio I have available then feel free to explore. You never know, you may have missed something.

All that remains is for me to wish you and your loved ones a peaceful time over the holiday season whether you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, the solstice or are just looking forward to spending some time with friends and family.

Here’s looking forward to a prosperous 2020 for all of us.

Best wishes,

Jason
